I have specialized in change and innovation management and have experience in how self-organized work can unlock your team’s potential. I support teams and leaders in implementing value-based decisions and tackling social and economic tradeoffs. I accompany change with a structured approach and make learnings measurable. Having completed my doctorate at ETH Zurich, I have gained precious insights into unlocking leadership in innovation projects and the use of social values in business decisions.

I spent several years advising founders and start-ups and successfully built and managed an international organization myself. I worked with people from different cultural and professional backgrounds and experienced firsthand what an enrichment diversity is for the success of an organization. This know-how sparked my passion to support leaders in creating the best possible working environment for employees to be utilized and promoted on their strengths.
